Titusville is an area of dynamic business and Community growth. As private space travel companies continue to invest in the area, upstart developments are planned and will soon break ground such as Antigua Bay, a 2,400 residential unit development on the waterfront with shopping and mixed use commercial (3 miles from the Community). A high speed rail system linking Orlando to the beaches is also underway. Despite the development in the area the City retains the classic Florida feel.
