April Estates is a 6 acre manufactured housing community located in the City of Titusville and is just a half mile from Home Depot and Walmart. It has quick access to I-95 and is only a few miles from the beaches.
Many of our residents have called April Estates home for years and all residents take pride in their Community. There is ample space between homes and there are pockets of wooded areas near the Community. Water/sewer and electric are separately metered and billed to the residents (City of Titusville Utility Service (321.383.5791) and electric is provided by FPL (800.375.2434).
